Key characteristics

What makes Kulba Woody so great

Waterproof

The outer sidewalls of the Woody are completely waterproof due to their marine-grade epoxy coating.

Epoxy is an invaluable repair, project and craft material that is mainly applied to protect almost any substrate material by making it waterproof. It is used in diverse applications including marine and auto repair, industrial construction for bridges and other structures, high-technology fabrication for aircraft, aerospace etc.

Insulated

The fully insulated shell of the Kulba teardrop trailer offers protection against rain, wind, heat and cold by keeping the internal temperature stable.

We use dense polystyrene foam as insulation material. The cabin walls of all Kulba models have 30mm thick insulation layer, whereas the insulation of both the roof and the floor have 50mm.

The well-insulated roof not only protects you from the cold but it also minimizes external noises like heavy raindrops or wind hitting the cabin roof at night.

Spacious

The Kulba teardrop trailers have a spacious cabin to give you an airy feeling inside and plenty of storage space for your stuff.

The cabin comfortably accommodates two adults, and not only for sleeping purposes - the 3-piece mattress is foldable into a sofa, the power outlets are all in place, so you can host a great evening in if you prefer to stay in.

Strong and reliable

The cabin of the Kulba teardrop trailers is made from Baltic birch ply hardwood, which is globally renowned for its strength, stability and high quality.

Plywood is stronger than and twice as resistant to sheering as an equivalent piece of regular wood. The use of water-resistant adhesives makes plywood less prone to absorb and/or release moisture.

In line with nature

The cabin and the interior of Kulba teardrop trailers are predominantly built out of renewable resources such as wood and aluminum, which will allow you to fully enjoy your getaway and entwine your presence with nature.

Not only is the wood beautiful, adaptable and durable, it is also proven to be good for our well being and the environment.

Add-ons for a superb look

  • Various wood fiber patterns for the exterior and interior finish.
  • Colours and direct prints on wood for outer sides as well as for interior parts.
  • Anodized or brushed aluminum skin all over.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary based on your location, with prices within Europe typically ranging from EUR 650 to EUR 1500. If you purchase a Kulba trailer through one of our authorized dealers, the delivery fee is usually included in the sales price.

What is the lead time?

The standard lead time for Kulba teardrop trailers is around 12 weeks from the date of the order. Our dealers may have Kulba trailers in stock for immediate delivery, therefore it is always worth to ask your nearest dealer.

How is the trailer transported to the client?

Kulba teardrop trailers are securely transported to customers using trailers, enclosed trucks, or specialized vehicles designed for transporting cars and trailers. For overseas deliveries, the trailers are shipped in standard containers via sea freight.

Each Kulba teardrop trailer comes with a Certificate of Conformity (CoC), which is sufficient to register the trailer through a standard registration procedure of a new vehicle.

Should your registration authority require any additional documentation, we can provide it on request. For non-EU countries, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with your country's registration procedure, as well as what documents may be needed.

Do I need a special driver's licence to tow a Kulba?

The full weight of all Kulba teardrop trailer models is 750 kg (O1 category), so you don't need a special driver's license to tow a trailer of such weight. If you have a B category driver’s licence, it is enough.
